Acknowledgement with Thanks

Shades of Black committee members are eternally grateful for your help and support in the development of the educational projects within the unique service delivery presented which caters for the needs of local community people in the Stechford and Handsworth area of Birmingham.

Without your involvement it would be impossible to achieve set goals in the educational programmes of activities presented.

Creating a stronger community link at grass root level is a vital part of Shades of Black’s mission statement which we endeavour to pursue in all of Shades of Black’s work and unique service delivery with young people, senior citizens and house bound.

Thank you for helping Shades of Black to help others when you possibly can.

“God Bless you all”

Dear Mrs Mcghie-Belgrave and SOB volunteers,

your enthusiasm and passion to help others in the local community is wonderful.

It it is lovely to see that all ages benefit from your work but most importantly that the younger generation are involved and contribute to a better world for themselves and for others.

It was a great pleasure to meet you earlier this month with the SOB volunteers, Mr and Mrs Maxwell and Mr Fuller.  I appreciate the welcome, the time and effort that you gave me and the patience while I took many photographs!

To celebrate International Women's Day, photographs of Mrs Mcghie-Belgrave and other inspirational women with a connection to Birmingham are going to be displayed at the Central Library from the 2nd-30th March 09 (1st floor, opposite the library cafe)

Kind regards and best wishes
Jane Crouch
